Colorado Front Range flooring: hardwood, tile, vinyl and carpet The foundation of beautiful living.

01Wide-plank smoked oak at dusk. Illustrative film.

Premium flooring for homes and commercial interiors from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, chosen to suit the architecture and planned from the subfloor up.

01Design

Species, plank width, pattern and direction, chosen for the architecture of the room.

02Craft

Flat substrates, tight joints and clean transitions. The details nobody notices when they are right.

03Live

A floor that takes daily life in stride and still looks considered years from now.

Flooring collections

Five materials, each with a job to do.

Hardwood flooring in a finished room

Real timber underfoot. Wide planks show off the grain, and a well-made engineered board can be sanded and refinished more than once over its life.

Decision guide

Which floor fits the room?

Most flooring regrets start with the right material in the wrong room. Pick a space and see what holds up there, and what doesn't.

If your room has

Spills, dropped pans, long hours standing

Then look at
Porcelain tile

Shrugs off water and heat, and a honed finish with a good DCOF rating keeps footing safe.

Rigid-core luxury vinyl

Softer and warmer to stand on than tile, and the core won't swell from a spill.

SkipSolid hardwood near the sink if water regularly sits on the floor.

Craftsmanship

The details define
the difference.

01

The material

Good flooring starts with honest material. Grain, color variation, wear layer and finish all get judged in daylight, in the room it is going into, before anything is ordered.

02

The precision

Flatness, moisture and layout decide whether a floor lasts. Joints close tight, rows stay straight, and expansion space is left where the material needs it.

The finished room

When the preparation is right, the floor stops being a project and becomes part of the architecture. Clean transitions, no lippage, nothing that catches the eye for the wrong reason.

About Dream Home Floors

Beautiful floors.
Exceptional spaces.

A floor is the one finish you touch in every room, every day. We treat it that way. Material choice, subfloor preparation and layout come first, because that is where most floors either succeed or quietly fail.

Dream Home Floors works across hardwood, luxury vinyl, laminate, tile, stone and carpet, for homeowners, designers and builders who want the floor to look intentional.

Service area, Colorado Front Range

Colorado Springs to Fort Collins, and every town between.

Pikes Peak & Palmer DivideMile 0
Colorado Springs

The highest stretch of the corridor. Colorado Springs sits at about 6,000 feet, and Monument and Palmer Lake climb past 7,000 on the Palmer Divide, where snow lingers longer than it does in Denver. Entries and mudrooms take a beating up here, so walk-off space and deicer-resistant finishes belong in the plan, along with what a furnace running dry air for six months does to a wood floor.
