Using This Website

By using dreamhomefloors.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is operated by Client to confirm: legal entity name ("Dream Home Floors", "we", "us"), Client to confirm: business mailing address.

How we handle information you send us is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.

General Flooring Information

Pages such as our flooring FAQ and the service guides explain how materials and installations generally behave. That information is general. It can't account for your subfloor, moisture conditions, climate or the specific product you choose, and it doesn't replace an on-site assessment.

Manufacturers' installation and care instructions take precedence over anything on this site. If the two ever disagree, follow the manufacturer.

Estimates, Prices and Project Agreements

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a binding quote. Submitting the estimate request form or the contact form is a request for us to get in touch, not a contract.

Scope, price, schedule, payment terms and any warranty for flooring work are set only in a written agreement signed by you and by us. If anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls. The name and form of that agreement: Client to confirm: project agreement document name.

Product availability, specifications and appearance can change without notice, and we aren't responsible for changes made by manufacturers.

Imagery, Colors and Concept Projects

Much of the photography and film on this site is illustrative imagery created for Dream Home Floors, including computer-generated images. Unless a page clearly says otherwise, images don't show completed client projects. Projects labeled as concept studies are design illustrations, not work we have carried out.

Screens show color and texture differently, and natural materials vary from board to board and tile to tile. Always choose from physical samples of the actual product, ideally viewed in the room where it will go.

Our Content and Brand

The text, design, imagery, the DF monogram and the Dream Home Floors name and logo on this site belong to Dream Home Floors or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as planning your project. Any other copying, republishing or commercial use needs our written permission.

Product names and trademarks of other companies that appear on the site belong to their owners.

To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the website itself, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components. This disclaimer covers the website only. It does not affect any warranty set out in a signed project agreement.

Limitation of Liability
